Hey, welcome back to my new video. This is easy tutorials, and for those of you who are
the first time in this channel, please consider subscribing. Today we'll be creating this:
Before we start, I'd like to invite you to support me on Patreon. You can also get access
    to all my premium content.
In this tutorial will be using the EZ Tools script, which is free to download. So let's
    start.
Import the files you need into After Effects. You can download the project files and the
template separately, this way you will be able to create this parallax slideshow animation
even if you don't want to download my template. You can find both links in the description.
We'll have to create 3 folders. First one we'll name it: slides.
    The second one: images.
    And the third one: texts.
Select the slides folder, and create a new composition and name it: slide 1. I'm using
a FULL HD 1080 pixels preset, with 30 frames per second, and 3 seconds long
Select the images folder, and create a new comp. Name it: image 1, and use the same settings
    as before.
And finally, select the texts folder, and create a new comp which should be named: text
    1.
    Open the image 1 composition.
And bring the first image into it.
Search for optics compensation, and apply it to your image layer.
Check the reverse lens distortion box.
Change the field of view value to 100, and create a keyframe here.
Move to the last keyframe, and change the value back to 0.
Go to the slide 1 composition.
And bring the image 1 comp into it.
Bring here the texture file too.
    Open its scale options
    And create a keyframe.
Move to the last frame, and change the scale values to 50%.
    Duplicate the texture layer.
    Open its rotation options.
And change the rotation angle to 90 degrees.
Bring the shape file into your composition too.
It is not difficult to create from the scratch this shapes animation, but you have to do
it manually, and it's very time-consuming. That's why I preferred to prerender it for
you. Also, this way will decrease the render time for your project.
Create a new black solid, and name it: light.
Search for fractal noise, and apply it on your light layer.
Change the noise type to spline.
    Check the invert box.
    Change contrast to 169.
    Click on transform.
And change the scale to 600.
    Set the complexity to 1.
Alt-click on the evolution's stopwatch, and write this expression:
    Time multiplied by 100.
    Click away to save it.
Search for black and white, and apply it to your layer.
    Check the tint box.
And set the color to a yellow shade, using this code.
Open its opacity, and change the value to 30%.
And, set its blending mode to: screen.
    Create a new adjustment layer.
    Rename it blur.
Apply the fast blur effect on it.
    Change the blurriness to 30.
And select the repeat edge pixels box.
With the blur layer selected, find the ellipse tool, and double-click on it.
Set the mask blending mode to: subtract.
    Click on mask 1.
Change the mask feather values to 550 pixels.
And the mask expansion to 200 pixels.
    Open the text 1 composition.
Select the horizontal type tool, and start writing your first title. I am using the Lemon
Milk font family, which is free to download online, with 200 pixels size, and this shade
    of light gray.
Move your text anchor point in its center.
Then align the text in the middle.
    Open its options.
Click on, animate, and select: tracking.
Change the tracking amount to 20, and create a keyframe on it.
Move to the last frame, and change its value back to 0.
    Make your text 3D.
    Open its position options.
Change the z value to 1500.
And the y value to 460, to position it above the center.
    Create a keyframe here.
Then move to the beginning of your composition, and change the Z value to -2500.
And drag the text up, until is not visible anymore.
    Duplicate the text layer.
Bring the new one at the bottom.
    Move to the last frame.
Double-click it, and change it with your second title.
Change the text size to 100 pixels.
Then, open the position options and drag it down like this.
Move to the first frame, and drag it down all the way to the bottom side of your comp.
Your text animation should look like this.
Go back to your slide 1 composition, and bring the text 1 comp here.
Create a new black solid, and name it: stars.
Search for: cc star burst, and apply it to your new layer.
    Change the scatter to 800.
    And the speed to -0.4.
Search the 4 color gradient effect, and apply it to your stars layer.
Now, change the first color to this shade of yellow.
Make the last one, the same color.
For the second one, we'll be using this shade of gray.
And for the third one, the same one.
Our individual slide animation is ready, and it looks like this.
Now, think on how many slides do you need. Select the slide 1 comp from here, and duplicate
it. In this case, I will need 4 slides.
For these 4 slides, you will need 4 image compositions.
    And 4 text compositions too.
Open all the newly created image compositions.
    Enter the image 2 comp.
    Select the image layer.
Hold your alt button pressed, and drag the corresponding image file over it. In this
    case the image 2 file.
Repeat the action with each image composition you've created, but pay attention to replace
the image with the corresponding one for each comp.
Open the newly created text compositions.
Enter the text 2 composition, and start changing your texts. For this tutorial, I will only
change the main text. Repeat the action with each text composition you have.
Now, open all the slide compositions you have created.
    Enter the slide 2 comp.
Select the image 1 layer, hold down the alt button, and drag the image 2 composition over
    it.
Select the text 1 layer, hold down the alt button, and drag the text 2 composition over
    it.
Repeat this action with each individual slide composition that you have.
Great, now we have all the slides that we need. Let's put them together and create the
    parallax slideshow animation.
Create a new composition, and name it: parallax slideshow.
Its length depends on how many slides you have, in this case, for 4 slides will make
    it 9 seconds long.
    Create a new black solid.
    Rename it: base 1.
Apply the fill effect to it.
Change the fill color to the same yellow color we've used earlier.
    Duplicate this layer.
Change the fill color of the new one, to the same light gray as the text.
    Duplicate this layer too.
    And rename it: matte 1.
    Select all 3 layers.
    Open their scale options.
Unlink the scale values on each of them.
And change the x value to 0.
Create a keyframe here on all of them.
    Move to 1 second.
And change the x values back to 100%.
Select all the keyframes, and easy ease them.
Move 2 frames forward, and drag this keyframe like this.
Move one more frame, and drag this keyframe here.
    This animation looks like this.
But, if we bring the slide 1 composition, under the matte 1 layer.
And we change its track matte to alpha matte.
We've created the first slide reveal.
    Move to 2 seconds.
    Select the 3 solid layers.
    Duplicate them.
Bring the newer ones on top of your parallax slideshow composition.
Move their anchor point to the middle left.
Bring the slide 2 comp under the matte 2 layer.
Change its track matte to alpha matte.
Select all 4 top layers, and change their start time like this.
This is how will animate each slide.
    Move to 4 seconds.
    Duplicate the initial 3 solids.
Bring the new ones to the top.
This time move their anchor point to the middle right.
Bring the slide 3 comp, and change its track matte.
Select this 4 layers and change their start time.
Will repeat this actions one more time. Move to 6 seconds.
    Duplicate the solid layers.
    Bring them here.
This time don't move the anchor point.
Bring the fourth slide composition, and change the track matte.
Select the layers, and change their start time.
I think you got the idea, on how to continue, if you have more slides in your project.
Now, move to the beginning of your timeline, and create a new black solid and name it fader.
    Open its opacity options.
    Create a keyframe here.
Move 1 second forward, and change the opacity value to 0%.
Select these 2 keyframes, and copy them.
Move to 8 seconds in our case, and paste them here.
Then click this button, to time reverse these 2 keyframes.
    Create a new adjustment layer.
    Rename it color grade.
Search for black and white again, and apply it to your layer.
    Select the tint box.
And change the tint color to any color that suits better to your project. I will use this
    shade of blue.
Open the opacity options of the color grade layer.
And change its value to 20%.
Bring the sound effect into your slideshow composition, and you are done!
    Let's check the final result.
    Wow, it looks amazing!
